We are actively looking for our next serial-closer to join the team. GeoPostcodes is a fast growing Belgian tech company offering the most complete and accurate postal database in the world. Our datasets are used by Fortune 500 companies and are essential to creators of geolocation products. Our customers include McKinsey&Company, Apple, Pinterest,, Nike, SAP, DHL and our deal size can go up to 6 figures!

As an Account Executive you will team up with Jin, our Account Executive and Martijn, our Head of Sales, to close our inbound leads in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. If you are an innovative self-starter with strong communication skills, we need to talk !

Getting a bit more specific, you will :

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close

  • Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads : Assess their requirements, solve their problems and anticipate their future needs

  • Conduct product demos to leads, partner with our engineering team to answer their technical questions and follow-up until they become paying customers

  • Develop strategies to grow sales pipeline and coach the Sales Development Representatives to execute on that strategy

  • Represent GeoPostcodes during major data fairs and conferences throughout the world

  • Contribute to improve our sales strategy and processes

  • Achieve your quarterly sales targets

Job requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Sales or Business Development

  • You have brilliant communication skills in English, both written and spoken

  • You have a lot of energy and a can-do attitude

  • You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt easily to new situations

  • You are curious, hands-on and autonomous

  • You like to work in a techy environment

  • You have a talent for convincing people on the phone or by email

  • You’re keen on sharing feedback and asking for it

  • Bonus point for experience in Saas and selling to Enterprise customers
