We are looking for a tech-savvy SDR to join our ambitious sales team and engage directly with global enterprises. Here, you will qualify our inbound leads and find outbound opportunities to grow our customer base worldwide, with a main focus on the US and Europe. You will use your knowledge of the pain points we solve and the use cases we cater to to act as a trusted advisor to prospects.


You will play a critical role in achieving our business growth targets, in particular : 

  • Generate awareness and interest with prospects through a personalized multichannel approach (call, email, and LinkedIn).

  • Qualify our inbound leads to book introduction meetings with Laurien, Fruzsi, and Arnaud, our Account Executives.

  • Follow up on highly qualified inbound leads: assess their requirements, solve their problems, and anticipate their future needs through nurturing.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to find the best outbound tactics: intent data, events, social media…

  • Share recommendations to the operations, marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve our go-to-market strategy and sales processes.

Job requirements

  • You have a first experience in sales.

  • You are a confident communicator in English and enjoy interacting with people through email and calls.

  • You have a lot of energy and a proactive attitude.

  • You are curious and have excellent active listening skills.

  • You’re always ready to learn something new, and you learn fast.

  • You like to work in a tech environment.

  • You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt easily to new situations.

  • You are eligible to work in Belgium.

Bonus-point if:

  • You have expertise in technical products or processes (ERP, Data management,...).

  • You can be flexible on your work schedule to accommodate our US-based clients.

  • You’re at ease with tooling (Hubspot CRM, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo…).
