We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our ambitious sales team. In this role, you will enable our sales development representatives to grow our customer base worldwide. You will use your expertise to improve our sales process and define strategies to help us win.

You will play a critical role in achieving our business growth targets, in particular : 

  • Data Analytics: analyze funnel metrics and conversion drivers, identifying bottlenecks and proposing strategies to optimize MQL-to-SQL conversion rates

  • Close Collaboration with Sales team: work closely with the Sales team on a daily basis, providing insights, feedback, and workflow improvements to help them maximize their conversion rates

  • Process Improvement: research, design, and implement workflow optimizations (e.g., email deliverability, personalization, outreach sequences, call connect rates) to increase efficiency and conversion rates

  • Hands-On Execution: test and validate new outreach strategies before implementing them across the team. Demonstrate best practices in prospecting, messaging, and objection handling to ensure effectiveness

  • Technology & AI Optimization: Continuously monitor and assess how AI and automation tools can be leveraged to improve sales efficiency, from personalization at scale to predictive analytics for lead prioritization

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to refine ICP targeting and enhance MQL quality, ensuring better lead conversion rates

  • Performance Reporting: Continuously track sales effectiveness, prepare data-backed reports, and present actionable insights to the Head of Sales

Job requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Development, Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS or DaaS environment.

  • Analytical and data-driven with a strong ability to identify patterns, measure performance, and implement process improvements

  • Proven experience optimizing inbound and outbound sales processes with a focus on long nurture cycles, personalization, and lead conversion.

  • Expert in sales operations & funnel optimization to improve sales efficiency and automate workflows

  • Practical experience with Make.com, Zapier & N8N

  • Strong understanding of AI-driven sales tools and experience in implementing AI-based solutions (e.g., personalization, lead scoring, outreach optimization).

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft, analyze, and continuously improve prospect messaging strategies to maximize engagement and response rates.

  • Hands-on execution mindset – not just proposing improvements but actively testing and implementing them before deploying to the team

  • Collaborative and proactive – eager to work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to align strategies and execute best practices
